病假條-Asking for Sick Leave

Dear Mr. Li,
      I'm sorry to tell you that I'm not feeling well today. I've had a headache and a cough. I didn't sleep well last night. I went to see the doctor this morning. The doctor told me I had caught a cold, and I should stay in bed for two days. So I'm afraid I can't go to school today and tomorrow. I hope I'll be all right and go back to school the day after tomorrow. Thank you.

    很遺憾地告訴您，我今天很難受。昨天晚上我又咳嗽，又頭疼，一夜都沒(méi)睡好。今天早晨我去了醫(yī)院。醫(yī)生說(shuō)我患了感冒，并且應(yīng)該臥床休息兩天，所以恐怕今明兩天不能去上學(xué)了。我希望我趕快好起來(lái)，后天到校上課。謝謝。

The doctor told me to have a good rest, or it would get serious. So I would like to stay in bed for two days. I hope I will get well and go back to school as soon as possible. Thank you.
